I am an aspiring OSGeo practitioner. I worked with ESRI products for years and found that much rather be working with their OSGeo analogues. I have a Masters in Geography-GIS from California State University Northridge. Currently, I am working on becoming more well versed in PostGIS and gdal/ogr command line utilities.
