I am basically a Java guy, and interesting with gis because Geoff Zeiss, read his blog at http://geospatial.blogs.com, that explain the power of open content in gis world.

Goeff is helping and my good mentor, since the beginning i was join in OSGeo. Thx to IOSN, Inwent that conduct training for FOSS GIS ToT, so I can be part of the movement here.

Hope i can contribute more to the movement.

I stay in Indonesia, in Jakarta city, in Java island. I am a Industrial Engineering, nothing related with GIS.
