Mr. SARR Ababacar Khalifa was born September 5, 1976 at Pire Gourèye, a rural town located in the department of Tivaouane (Thies, DENEGAL). He debuted in elementary primary school of Pire town in 1983 year. After two years his father El Hadji Bara decided to transfer to the Ngaye Méckhé, an urban municipality adjoining Pire going toward Saint-Louis. In 1990, SARR won his ticket to access CEM Sheikh Mourath NDAO Meckhé of obtaining the primary certificate and entry into sixth. Four years later, he won the BFEM (End Patent Study Middle) in the first round of the 1994 session of examinations and competitions Middle. He was admitted to the Bachelor in the first round of the Advanced Session in September 1997. On 17 October 1997, the new bachelor arrives at the University Gaston Berger (www.ugb.sn) of St. Louis of Senegal. Similarly it is the Geography section of the UFR (Training and Research Unit) of Arts and Humanities that greeted. Therefore, the recipient SARR had the DEUG (General University Studies Diploma) in 2000, the license (optional: Planning) in 2001 and the degree of Master in 2004. After training the second round, Mr Sarr made a pre-job training before becoming assistant in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at the Cell Tools and Strategies Non Governmental Organization AQUADEV West Africa (www.aquadev.org), Louga Office. He lived about 15 months as a service provider as in this structure before joining the African sub-school of the Regional Centre for Training in Aerospace Surveys (RECTAS: www.rectas.org) of Nigeria. This institution was founded in 1972. It has always welcomed West African students and especially Senegal. It is a pan-African scientific component 8 ECOWAS states including Mali, Senegal, Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, Niger, Burkina Faso and Cameroon. This is where, Mr Sarr got its Specialized Studies Diploma (DESS) in Geoinformatics, GIS option with the WELL mention in August 2007.

Since the beginning of September, SARR Ababacar Khalifa returned to Senegal and intends always worked in the field of national development. The Expert geomatician SARR worked in the firm iDev-IC former SENAGROSOL Consult (www.senagrosol.com) in a project entitled "Identification and mapping of risk areas of Senegal" from December 2008 to December 2009. Integrating the field of consultancy in 2011, I had to work with many programs and practices: Support Project Rural Municipalities of the Senegal River Valley (PACR-VFS) Group Engineering and Consulting (ICG) Africa Emergence Councils (FAC), and Leadership Strategies Group (GSL), etc. In January 2012, Mr Sarr was recruited by the Ministry of Vocational and Technical Education in the Geomatics Department of CEDT-G15 for the teaching of thematic mapping, the design phases of geospatial databases and basic techniques geography. It gives since 2012 also the course of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) applied to the breeding of Master Epidemiology and Health Risk Management (EGRS) over 60 hours at the Inter-State School of Veterinary Sciences and Medicine (EISMV) the enclosure of UCAD. Today is the Khalifa Géomaticien Manager that manages the Database Administrator Position Geospatial of the Solid Waste Management Coordination Unit (CCU) of the Ministry of Local Governance, Development and the planning (MGLDAT).
