Mr Raphael Tino Toupane is a planner geographer. He holds a postgraduate degree at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar. He worked for 3 years as Head of Research in Environment and GIS at Synergy Environment in Dakar, for 2 years as geomatics research assistant at UMR 063 IRD Dakar. Since 2011 he works as an independent consultant in GIS and remote sensing.
