Le Phuoc Thanh is a GIS senior specialist with over 19 years of experience in the GIS/MIS/M&E database/system design and development. He also has an extensive working experience in the field of water and sanitation, transportation and public works and with the diversified programs/project sourced from ADB, WB, NGOs, international donors and government organizations. He acted as Team Leader of many GIS/MIS and M&E system projects, GIS software design and development projects and working in the countries such as Vietnam, Denmark, Malaysia, Thailand
