The latest revision of the 2012 budget has been adopted by the board on August 9, 2012.

Marketing Committee Budget
The Marketing Committee has a budget of 5,000$USD for Events support (booths, starter kits for local chapters, etc.). Expenses against this budget are approved by motion of the marketing committee as per: http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Exhibition_Pack#Getting_a_Regional_Starter_Kit and tracked and reported here by the OSGeo Treasurer:
