Bianca Federici is assistant professor in Geomatics at the Polytechnic School of the University of Genoa. She is currently teacher of the course "Numerical cartography and GIS" and co-teacher of the course "Geomatics applied to construction" at the University of Genoa. Her research is carried out mainly in the area of monitoring, combining traditional, photogrammetric, laser scanning and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) surveying techniques, in the management and analysis of spatially distributed data by GIS (Geographic Information System) and DBMS (Data Base Manager System) for an optimized management of the territory, as well as Geo Web Service for the diffusion of geographic data on the Web.
