CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19

Given the most recent guidance from NYS and the CDC regarding the coronavirus, the planning committee has made the difficult decision to postpone this event. Registered attendees will receive new conference information from someone on the Planning Committee once a new date has been set.

We hope you, your families, and your communities stay healthy and that this situation resolves quickly.

UPDATE

Not knowing when we might be able to re-schedule an in-person event, we hosted a webinar on May 15 2020 that was attended by 137 people! If you missed it, you can check out the video recording at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nU6XCSUFPLU

Registration

REGISTRATION IS FULL.

Registration opened at 9am Jan 30, and we reached our maximum capacity of 50 before 5pm the same day! We later increased capacity to 75, in order to accommodate people from our waiting list.

We also plan to live-stream or recording some sessions.

One goal of this conference it to build a stronger regional open-source GIS community. We will be facilitating a mentor-mentee program in which an experienced QGIS user will be matched with a beginner with similar interests. You can sign up to be a mentor or mentee when you register.
