Workload and Tasks
Currently working on getting financial report compiled, preparing and sending invoices to sponsors who are up for renewal. Also reviewing marketing communication strategy document and turning attention to approaching potential sponsors.

- Reviewing contributor agreements for FDO and Geotools.
- Discussing sponsorship with a few contacts

- Final publishing of the Annual Report for 2007
- awaiting 4 remaining sub reports to be submitted - I will help with them when I have free time

Coordinating annual elections process - charter members & board(Jo has taken this on - thank you!)- Starting to layout this years' process
- Overseeing 501c3 application process
- Requesting updates from contractor

- Clarifying our marketing message for sponsors

- Paying/sending invoices, tracking financial books, building statements
