We have three rooms each day at the Convention Center: E146, E147, & E148. These rooms are dedicated spaces so BoF to your heart's content! Default room configuration will be long tables arranged a U-shape (although "contents may settle while BoF'ing"). The room capacities stated below are based off of that U configuration. We'll try to have some additional chairs available as well.

Technically the Exhibit Hall has room too. It will be arranged ballroom style with round tables. However, keep in mind it is a large, open, and public space. As such, it can't really be reserved, and is probably not ideal for a formal meeting (i.e. it could be noisy). In a nut shell, use at your own risk.

FYI: The FOSSGIS Germany OSGeo Local Chapter is considering to apply for FOSS4G 2016 and we are interested in learning what the outcome of this meeting is. Some coordination between FOSS4G and FOSS4G-Europe would be helpful in case that FOSS4G comes comes to Europe (as currently planned) in 2016. Feel free to ping us later on...''
