Nordic OSGeo chapter
This is a first try at getting the Nordic users to get to know each other and who is doing what, the goal is to create a formal Nordic OSGeo chapter. From this point onwards, the page will be in any of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
