Personal Description :	Jáchym is active in various Open Source GIS projects as a user and developer. He was member of GRASS GIS development team. He is author of PyWPS project. He is helping a little with development of OWSLib and OpenLayers and contributing here and there to various open source software for geospatial. He was chair of at FOSS4G-CEE 2012 in Prague and attends various conferences (including FOSS4G) on regular basis. Ex-member of OSGeo Board of directors Board_of_Directors 2012-2015 OSGeo Secretary since 2013. Open people minds and open technologies for better geospatial world.
