  5. Role of this committee for FOSS4G 'infrastructure'
     • this committee is in a position to setup the initial basic infrastructure to be used by the FOSS4G local organizing committees
     • could be done by having a wiki page with a checklist, and using that to create a SAC ticket
     • items that could fall into this 'initial infrastructure' category:
     1. 'home page' on this wiki (including proper category name)
     2. public mailing list (private list can be added later, if needed)
     3. filesystem on OSGeo server to be used for the conference website
     4. default minimal homepage for conference website (e.g. perhaps links to RFP and winner's announcement, and OSGeo website)
     5. DNS and server configurations to make http://YYYY.foss4g.org/ use the above 'default minimal homepage'
