    • 2023-01-26: Tom sends motion to standards mailing list
    • 2023-01-30: if motion passes, add to Board 2023-01-30 meeting agenda (https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_Meeting_2023-01-30)

  • use this committee to push and finish?
    • still needs to go to Incubation Committee
    • agree that teamengine should move forward given OSGeo/OGC MOU, and let this happen in Incubation Committee (though this committee can help)
