Status FOSS4G 2024

- Discussion about the ticket sales
- Currently 120 tickets are sold. Another 120 required to run budget neutral. Another 240 to actually make some revenue. Goal is 350 tickets.
- Unknown how many of the international presenters already bought their ticket. Tatiana will report on this later.

OSGeo/OGC/ASF Joint Sprint 2025
- Tom and Angelos had a meeting with OGC and Apache regarding the next joint code sprint.
- Proposed date/location is May in Portugal (same location as this year’s joint sprint in February)

OSGeo Sprint 2025
- ESA has made an informal proposal to organize the OSGeo Code Sprint during the LPS, in Vienna, 23-27 June. We have no information regarding costs for the venue.
- While this works, it is also close to FOSS4G Europe (Bosnia mid-July)
