• Talk about hardware plans
  • Have we received updated quote from vendor with dual optane cards instead of SSD?
    • No update received, contacted the vendor to check on status.

• FunToo container (osgeo.host.funtoo.org) - we have one and should start building nextcloud, weblate etc. containers
  • Nextcloud, what do we need to test, before we can deploy to meet Board's request for sync+share storage replacement of Dropbox

• FOSS4G2018 wants to move to Wordpress, robe to do the work of setting up on web18a 2141

• Wiki LDAP integration (how do we move forward) wrt to approaches what are we willing to put up with 165

• OSGeo Website (if Jive is around), want to add to sponsor section Infrastructure / hardware sponsors (add Funtoo and OSUOSL there)

• Board request for real email boxes
  • In particular the main officer roles in order to maintain institutional memory
  • How many boxes are really needed (will partly depend on next item which is cost)
  • Someone will need to price out how much this might cost, and which vendors would be used
  • Alternative is to run our own but that would require imap support, and a web interface.

• Alternate times for meetings
  • Did we get suggestions from Martin?
  • Do we want to shift due to daylight savings in many parts of the world?
