- Attended: Bob Bray, Paul Ramsey, Howard Butler, Ari Jolma, Frank Warmerdam, Arnulf Christl, Markus Neteler, Jo Walsh, Jeroen Ticheler, Tyler Mitchell, Cameron Shorter (re: FOSS4G budget)
