Introduction
Mission
(Proposed) Provide local representation of OSGeo for public outreach and facilitate communication between FOSS4G professionals in the region.
Objectives

- Represent OSGeo interests at Academic and Professional Meetings in the Western US
- Network Open Source developers and users in California
- Facilitate local subgroups for more frequent interaction
