Presenting sponsorship as "cross listing" has allowed more event sponsors to noice this program.

Incoming:

Astrid volunteers to send email to fossgis and code sprint sponsors.
We will need to coordinate on contact details for sponsor/partner meetings.
Incubation update
PyWPS has met graduation requirements:

- a lot of progress made at osgeo code sprint
- leaning on legal advice provided by board (on headers, etc...)
Jachym Cepicky as officer:
- request for link to responsibilities, unable to find a clear link
- available as contact for the board, provide a budget request, report in AGM
- Jachym created Project_officer page with this information
MOT3: Recognize PyWPS as a new OSGeo project, with Jachym as "VP of PyWPS" within our organization, and an initial committee budget of $2000 USD for 2018
