  • location: meeting will be via the OSGeo Conference Call facilities
  • Agenda:
    1. decide who will record Minutes of this meeting
    2. clarify budget maintenance process:
      1. once budget is approved, who can authorize budget changes, and how is this done
      2. budget maintenance by TH:
        • using what software?
        • does the software allow for "notes" for each line item?
        • can the software produce a PDF report?
        • can the software export the complete budget(including formulae) to Excel format?
    3. determine process, including dates, for getting the budget ready to present to OSGeo for approval
    4. discuss draft #2(Sept 17) version of the budget
